Photo Manager: AI Organizer (hereinafter referred to as "the App") is an intelligent photo management tool provided by Elite Wealth Co., Ltd., designed to organize, clean, and optimize photos/videos on your device using AI technology.

2. User Rights & Obligations

Usage Rights: You may use the App lawfully but shall not engage in illegal activities or infringe others' rights.

Data Privacy: The App only accesses photos/videos explicitly selected by users and will not upload/store media files without authorization.

Prohibited Acts: Reverse engineering, API abuse, or any service disruption is strictly forbidden.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Premium Plans: The App offers subscription-based features (e.g., "Photo Manager Premium"). Pricing is displayed in the App Store.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each cycle (monthly/annual) unless canceled 24 hours before expiration.

Refunds: Managed by Apple. Submit refund requests via Apple’s official channels.

4. Disclaimer

Data Risks: While the App handles photos carefully, we recommend backing up critical files. The developer is not liable for accidental deletions.

Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
